Looking for a healthy refreshment?
Try Fruitea Popsicles, a cool mix of iced fruits and green tea!

Ingredients (Makes 1 serving):
* 1 cup green tea (cooled)
* 30 ml orange juice
* 30 ml pineapple juice
* 10 ml lemon juice
* ¼ cup chopped seasonal fruits (grapes, plums, orange, mango, kiwi, peach, strawberry)


Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for a few hours.
Optional: Serve in a tall glass over ice as a refreshing drink.

Know your drink’s calorie count and enjoy responsibly!💡Drink water and don’t mix.
