Learn how to move together with a partner as we explore acro duo for all levels, drawing on elements of *Acro Yoga, Partner / Acro Dance, and Duo Adagio* to co create amazing movements and poses together!

You will learn how to dance together from earth to air with sequences that teach you how to flow with balance, strength and grace, from L-basing to standing acro, finding pathways to creative connections and beautiful partner sequences!

Sequences will be adapted for beginners as well as advanced practitioners; no partner is required to attend this workshop and all levels are welcome!

Breaking the rules of fight club to announce our 🌟 FEATURED TEACHER 🌟 .marko

For MARTIAL ARTS, JIU JITSU, and KICKBOXING for our upcoming festival 🎉 🐾 WILD PARTY ANIMALS 🐾 🎉 this weekend Nov 6-10 in El Paredon!

MAESTRO MARKO has been Learning martial arts since he could walk, starting with wrestling, and later incorporating techniques from kickbox, muay thai, kyokushin karate, brazilian jiu jitsu and mma, even traveling to Mexico to Train more skills in boxing and various technique fighting.

MARKO has participated in various Competitions, winning awards for his skills in jiujitsu, kickbox, kyokushin, and mma.

Maestro Marko has now Been teaching martial arts for about 15 years.

Top priorities: Teaching women’s self defense. Teaching teenagers, create future teachers, create fighters.teach/ coach professional fighters
