Remember to always listen to what your body is telling you concerning satiety and satisfaction which are two different things
For example, you can feel full from a meal like a salad (which you chose to have not because you want to but because of your “diet”) but not actually satisfied because you secretly want something else. This might make you have another meal you did not plan for, in quantities you might regret after.
