I am glad and proud to share with you my latest publication in PRS global open, one of the most prestigious plastic surgery journals: “Twenty Years of Occasional Reconstructive Microsurgery: A Retrospective Review of a Single Surgeon’s Experience”

My conclusion says it all:
“The results of our study show that occasional microsurgery can be performed with successful results comparable to high-volume centers…It can save lives and bring essential functional benefits to the patients…Young plastic surgeons should be encouraged to treat these challenging cases, as reconstructive microsurgery is an inherent part of their job and duty”

Non surgical neck lift and jawline definition can be performed with Thermi Tight with very satisfactory results.
The results keep improving for 3 to 6 months and last for years. The pictures below show early results at three months.
Not all patients are good candidates for Thermi tight. Thermi tight cannot replace surgery in advanced cases. Your doctor will help you choose the most suitable procedure for your case!

Good facelift results are sometimes tarnished by unsightly scars and ear deformation.🥲
We prevent this by putting the tension on the deep planes and avoiding tension on the skin. Careful tailoring of the skin and precise suturing finishes the job. 😊

Pixies are mostly cute supernatural creatures in kids stories!🧝‍♀️
But in plastic surgery, pixie ears are a stigmata of facelifting especially when too much tension is put on the skin in skin only, 3al bou 2aribo liftings: the ear lobe is pointy, pulled down and stuck to the cheek.
Look at the ears around you! (or check on the mirror!😉) But please be discrete! You may notice pixie creatures walking around...
Fortunately it is easy to correct!

True laser assisted rhinoplasty is still in 2024 under investigation to assess its safety and advantages.
In the absence of conclusive studies, lasers in rhinoplasties today are more risky marketing tools than useful surgical tools!

And by the way...we don't need a laser beam to achieve a LASER-CUT DEFINITION rhinolplasty! Check these results! No lasers were used!

Breast implants age with time. Larger implants have the worst long time results. This is obvious when we observe patients who had their surgery 10 and 15 years ago using larger implants. They are coming today for downsizing and lifting.
For a more stable and long lasting result we prefer today smaller implants. Some fat injection may be added in selected cases.

I said : thank you for your trust!😁😎💪
She said: Sure but I mean blepharoplasty has become such a simple and easy procedure! People are doing it as if it was a Botox* injection!🤪

That was disappointing and terrifying😲! I was stunned!😱
Over-simplifying surgical procedures by reckless influencers🤡 and unethical practitioners🤑 is a public health danger!

BLEPHAROPLASTY IS ONE OF THE MOST DELICATE SURGERIES A PLASTIC SURGEON CAN EVER PERFORM!

Complications and bad results can occur😕! Their correction is challenging and sometimes impossible😮‍💨!

BUT NO WORRIES: very rewarding results can be achieved in the safe environment😷, with the adequate tools 🩺and under skilled and experienced hands👨‍⚕️

A shorter upper lip is more feminine and attractive.
The Lip Lift procedure is the shortening the upper lip to give a younger and more sensual shape.
We will be publishing soon a study on the amount of upper lip lengthening with age and the amount of lip shortening that should be performed to get a perfect result...

التشوهات بعد عمليات التجميل اصبحت اشبه بوباء بسبب تهوّر بعض المرضى الذين يلجؤون الى دكاكين التجميل حيث "الاطباء" 🤓🧙يكتشفون مريضهم على طاولة العمليات دون تحضير، ولا درس للحالة، ولا متابعة...مما يرفع نسبة الاشتراكات والفشل والتشوهات! 😥🤕
اصلاح هذه العمليات معقّد ويختلف عن جراحة التجميل الكلاسيكية و يستدعي خبرة واسعة🧐🤔....
