Sagging breasts or ptotic breasts are usually corrected by a surgical breast lift also called mastopexy (plz check previous post).
But in selected cases, with moderate ptosis and small breasts, correction can be obtained through volume enhancement.
An implant well chosen, and well placed can tighten the breast and give a natural result like the one below.

OZEMPIC face!
We hear and read a lot about it: That HOLLOW, SAGGY and OLD face happening to the young population using Ozempic or other GLP-1 medication!
Ozempic isn’t the direct cause of it.
The cause is the rapid weight loss: the face and neck loose too much volume, too quickly, and the skin just cannot redrape that fast and that much.
The solution is first trying to AVOID IT: Don’t wait until you loose 50kgs before starting to take care of you skin.
BIOSTIMULATORS like Sculptra, Radiesse, Juvelook…help the skin maintain its elasticity and firmness.
Volume restoration with hyaluronic acid FILLERS replaces the lost volume (but please avoid overfilling!)
Energy based devices like RADIOFREQUENCY (ThermiRF) or ultrasound also stimulate the skin and help it recover.
And when the weight-loss has reached stability, a decision can be made whether a surgical correction is necessary or not…

Against the pull of gravity, nothing holds the breasts in place but the skin. And the skin is extensible!
With time, the breasts become saggy (or ptotic).
This phenomenon is aggravated by weight loss, pregnancies, age and is more severe in big, heavy breasts.
Correction is done with a surgical breast lift (or mastopexy).
I usually suggest some degree of breast reduction in heavy breasts for a more lasting result…

Rhinoplasty is a very precise procedure that follows an operative plan.
The plan is established before the surgery and after a detailed analysis of the patients face and nose.
Modifying the pre-operative pictures with a photo morphing program helps me plan my surgery.
In the case below, the actual result is very close to the pre-operative plan (I would say even better!). The beauty of this very natural result is seen not only from the lateral view, but also from the frontal view...and the last before/after pictures provided by the patient ( thank you for sharing!🙏) show the beautiful result in "real life"...

I am glad and proud to share with you my latest publication in PRS global open, one of the most prestigious plastic surgery journals: “Twenty Years of Occasional Reconstructive Microsurgery: A Retrospective Review of a Single Surgeon’s Experience”

My conclusion says it all:
“The results of our study show that occasional microsurgery can be performed with successful results comparable to high-volume centers…It can save lives and bring essential functional benefits to the patients…Young plastic surgeons should be encouraged to treat these challenging cases, as reconstructive microsurgery is an inherent part of their job and duty”

The results keep improving for 3 to 6 months and last for years. The pictures below show early results at three months.
Not all patients are good candidates for Thermi tight. Thermi tight cannot replace surgery in advanced cases. Your doctor will help you choose the most suitable procedure for your case!

We prevent this by putting the tension on the deep planes and avoiding tension on the skin. Careful tailoring of the skin and precise suturing finishes the job. 😊

Pixies are mostly cute supernatural creatures in kids stories!🧝‍♀️
But in plastic surgery, pixie ears are a stigmata of facelifting especially when too much tension is put on the skin in skin only, 3al bou 2aribo liftings: the ear lobe is pointy, pulled down and stuck to the cheek.
Look at the ears around you! (or check on the mirror!😉) But please be discrete! You may notice pixie creatures walking around...
Fortunately it is easy to correct!

True laser assisted rhinoplasty is still in 2024 under investigation to assess its safety and advantages.
In the absence of conclusive studies, lasers in rhinoplasties today are more risky marketing tools than useful surgical tools!

And by the way...we don't need a laser beam to achieve a LASER-CUT DEFINITION rhinolplasty! Check these results! No lasers were used!

Breast implants age with time. Larger implants have the worst long time results. This is obvious when we observe patients who had their surgery 10 and 15 years ago using larger implants. They are coming today for downsizing and lifting.
For a more stable and long lasting result we prefer today smaller implants. Some fat injection may be added in selected cases.
