نختم هذه السنة بإنجازات كبيرة و عظيمة بفضل الله اهديهم لكل من جاء الي و وثق بي بثقتكم نكبر و بمحبتكم المعطاء نزدهر نسأل الله العفو و العافيه و ان يعطينا الصحة و القوة لخدمة اهلنا و كل من بحاجة الينا 🙌🏻 اتممنا هذه السنة بأكثر من ٣٠٠٠ جلسة علاج طبيعي و اكثر من ١٠٠٠ شخص جائوا غرباء و خرجوا أحباء و أصدقاء نحمد الله دائما على فضله ، و ندعوا دائما ان يصرف عنا و عنكم السوء و كل من يكيد لنا 🙏🏻

Rest your body. It needs time to heal.
Ice your shin to ease pain and swelling. Do it for 20-30 minutes every 3 to 4 hours for 2 to 3 days, or until the pain is gone.
Use insoles or orthotics for your shoes.

Start off as come-and-go discomfort with activity and progress to a steady and persistent pain even after the activity has ended.
