الهيئة الإداريّة لمستشفى دار الزهراء التخصصي يعقد إجتماعه السنوي 🗓،
انعقد الإجتماع السنوي لمستشفى دار الزهراء التخصصي من خلال ورشة عمل تشاركيّة ضمّت👩⚕️🧑⚕️رؤساء الأقسام الطبيّة و مسؤولي الأقسام التقنيّة و اللوجستيّة، حيث جرى خلالها تقديم عرض بياني لآداء الأقسام خلال العام ٢٠٢٤، إلى جانب الوقوف على المنجزات التي تحقّقت إضافةً إلى التحدّيات التي واجهتنا خلال العام المُنصرم.
ثم أجرى المجتمعون تحليل للواقع العام من خلال الأدوات التحليليّة PESTLE و واقع المستشفى📊 عبر SWOT Analysis و Stakeholders Map, بهدف رسم أهداف SMART المنوي تحقيقها خلال العام ٢٠٢٥ إن شاء الله على صعيد الأقسام و المستشفى بشكل عام. بحيث سترتكز على "مؤشّرات الإنجاز" الملائمة من أجل استكمال التوسّع في الخدمات التي تقدّمها المستشفى للمرضى ضمن إطار تخصّصها، بالإضافة إلى الإستمرار في تحسين جودة الخدمة المقدّمة للمرضى إلى جانب زيادة فعاليّة العمليّات الإداريّة.
مع اختتام الإجتماع السنوي، تم اتخاذ القرار 🎯بإعادة افتتاح قسم العناية الملطّفة COMA و توسيع خدمات قسم العيادات الخارجيّة، مع التأكيد على التزام المستشفى برسالتها تجاه دار الأيتام و اليتيمات التابعة لمؤسسات دار الزهراء.
The Administrative Board of Dar Al Zahraa Specialized Hospital holds its🗓 annual meeting:
The annual meeting of Dar Al Zahraa Specialized Hospital was held through an interactive workshop that included 🧑⚕️👩⚕️the heads of medical departments and coordinators of technical and logistical departments, during which a graphic presentation was presented on the performance of the departments throughout year 2024, in addition to reviewing the achievements fulfilled in addition to the challenges that we faced during the past year.
The attendees then conducted a 📊general analysis exercise via PESTLE analytical tool, SWOT Analysis and Stakeholders Map, with the aim of drawing SMART goals that are intended to be achieved during the year 2025, at the level of the departments and the hospital in general. The objectives will be based on the appropriate "achievement indicators and KPI s" in order to complete the expansion of the services provided by the hospital to patients within the framework of its specialization, in addition to maintaining to improve the quality of service provided to patients in addition to increasing the effectiveness of administrative operations.
With the conclusion of the annual meeting, 🎯 the decision was made to reopen the COMA- High Dependancy Unit and to expand the services of the External Clinics Department, while emphasizing the hospital’s commitment on its mission towards DAZ Orphanage.
