We have a Vacancy for a full time MEDICAL SECRETARY Job in a general practice clinic in Tripoli Bahsas to start as soon as possible.
A Medical Secretary is a vital link in patient care. They perform clerical duties and maintain communications with different stakeholders, are the first point of contact with patients, show empathy and professionalism at the same time.
Job duties:
- communication with patients and patient care
- maintaining filing systems and patient records
- handling health insurance forms and communication with health insurance providers
- managing payments (writing invoices, paying bills, follow- up)
- prepare presentations and do research on medical topics
- responsibility for smooth operations within the clinic, as well as in regard to patients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in nursing, business administration, business, or a related field OR a minimum of three years proven experience in administrational duties preferably in the medical field
- fluency in English and Arabic (oral and written) is a must
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in common IT programs
- experience in medical administration or nursing is a plus
