Farah is a registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, Licensed from the MOPH (ministry of public health), she is holding a B.Sc. At Healthy Living Clinic, our mission is to help you find out that small daily changes can lead to optimum health, happiness and self-satisfaction. Farah is specialized in making you love healthy eating and performing easy life style modifications, and most importantly, she finds you the best and exclusive diet plan that suits your life style and body. Farah is a Therapeutic Nutritionist and Diet Consultant who organizes your calorie intake with your health status (diabetes, renal failure, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, overweight, underweight, pregnancy, lactation ….) according to your basal metabolic rate, physical activity and your total energy expenditure. Farah has over 6 years of coaching experience and an honest direct supportive approach to effectively coach her patients to redefine and reach their health goals. Farah is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to confide in. It is great to be able to talk to someone about your goals and get a customized health and nutrition program that suits your lifestyle.
