Ramadan without Arabic sweets is not complete… but balance is the key! 🌙✨
Enjoy your favorite desserts like knafeh, baklava, or katayef in moderation.
Try to eat sweets after iftar, not on an empty stomach, and keep the portion small.
Pair it with a healthy meal and stay active to keep your body balanced during Ramadan.
Because healthy living doesn’t mean deprivation… it means smart choices.
