الاذن البارزة 👂 هو تشوه في نمو غضروف الأذن، مما يؤدي إلى إبتعادها عن الرأس بشكل ظاهر و يكون حجمها أكبر من الأذن الطبيعية، ✂️ العملية بسيطة جدا و أجريها تحت البنج الموضعي.

Cleft palate is a birth defect that can manifest with or without cleft lip.
Preferably, a surgical repair must be done when the child is less than 1 year old.
In case of late operation many complications would occur and manifest as inability to talk, hearing impairment and even loss due to repeated passing of food to the middle ear.
In the photo, a patient of mine , 7 years old, has been suffering from a cleft palate with complications , which eventually disappeared completely after the reconstructive surgery.

شق سقف الحلق، تشوه خلقي يمكن ان يصاحب الشفة الأرنبية او ان يحدث بدونها، أفضل فترة لإجراء الجراحة خلال العام الأول من عمر الطفل، إذا تأخرت الجراحة كثيرا يحدث الكثير من المضاعفات مثل عدم قدرة الطفل على النطق والكلام و مرور الطعام إلى الأذن الوسطى بصورة مستمرة يؤدي إلى ضعف السمع حتى فقدانه.. في الصورة طفل بعمر السبع سنوات كان يعاني من هذه المضاعفات و قد اختفت تدريجيا بعد إجرائي له جراحة الترميم.
