In this day and age you’re health must be a priority.

Without it, you will truly be limited to what you can achieve.

Something to think about :

When we are younger we take our health and strength for granted thinking that you will be fit and strong always.

Fast forward 20 years and if you haven’t been around the fitness game you might realize that being there for your family becomes priority number 1, but for that, you must commit to your health and fitness first.

So if you’re a young stallion then stay on the course of health and fitness and if you’re a sloth then it’s time to get up and become that wild animal.

Now if you’re a little older let me tell you something age is like a bottle of wine, you get better with age but it takes for you to take that first commitment.

What you do now will shape how you will be in 10-20-30 years.

Ibrahim Chaarani the winner of the 14-Day No Diet Habit and Fitness Challenge receiving the prize 🏆 of $25.

Last month we had a challenge to get yourself out of the holiday season and back into working on becoming a better version of yourself.

The challenge was a 14 day Task orientated challenge where every day you would commit to a challenge of your choice that was in the PDF the challengers received.

On top of that was the commitment of being an active member in the private Facebook group/ community.

Ibrahim really took to the challenge and while it was a very close one , he pretty much nailed every task within the challenge and the Facebook community.

Congratulations again brother. It came perfectly on Valentine’s Day. Spend it wisely on yourself 😆.
