بمناسبة اليوم العالمي لنظافة اليدين، نظم قسم مكافحة العدوى نشاطًا توعويًا خاصًا في قاعة المحاضرات في المستشفى، بمشاركة فعّالة من عدد كبير من الموظفين من مختلف الأقسام.

هدف النشاط إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الحيوي لنظافة اليدين في الوقاية من العدوى وضمان سلامة المرضى.

كما قام فريق مكافحة العدوى بزيارة خاصة لقسم الأطفال، حيث شاركوا الأطفال هذا اليوم العالمي وقدّموا لهم هدايا رمزية بهدف رفع الوعي .
