Today, we had the pleasure of supporting the 24th Annual Congress of the Lebanese Society of Infectious Diseases and Clinical Microbiology (SIDCM) led by Dr.Souha Kanj. This year's timely theme, "Infectious Diseases Amidst Wars & Disasters," highlighted the unique challenges we face in Lebanon today. The discussions were truly insightful, covering groundbreaking advancements and the vital role of infectious disease specialists in regions affected by war.

We would love to acknowledge the efforts of Dr. Marwan Osman, ASM Ambassador in Lebanon, who supports this congress with an awards from ASM Ambassador Program celebrating excellence in the Best Poster Presentation and Best Case Presentation categories.
