I truly wish I could go back 5-7 years and tell these things to my younger self..

Instead of obsessing over the scale

Or scheduling my meals

These are the things I should have done and eaaaasily saved my soul years of torture🤧

When cutting/dieting:
✅ Make sure to eat a few hundred calories less

✅ Focus on getting my steps in (10,000) instead of hours of stressful cardio

✅Hydrate properly (aim to get 2-3litrs per day)

✅ Huge salad meals

✅ NEVER skip meals, this one is super important since it might lead to eating disorders

✅ Magnesium every night, i personally take magnesium citrate
Found it helps me big time to sleep better and wake up with more energy 💯💯

When bulking:
✅ I would say the key rule is to focus on high protein

✅Calorie surplus, of course you can't gain mass if you undereat

✅ High carbs

✅ Still get my steps in
