Case was treated a post space was created and the patient was referred back the to his primary dentist to perfect a proper coronal seal.

A 36 year old male patient was referred to our dental clinic by Dr Habib Khoury in order to perform a root canal treatment on tooth number 47.
Clinical and radiographic examination showed:
- Deep caries reaching the pulp.
- Periradicular radiolucency.
- Probing was normal.
- Soft tissu aspect was normal.
- No pain was provoked on lateral or vertical percussion.

The diagnosis was Chronic Periapical Periodontitis.

Prior to Root Canal Treatment a third middle mesial canal was found!!

Patient was referred again after treatment for the completion of a hermetic restoration

Case report
A 21 year old patient was referred by Dr Nicolas Nassar after noticing a slight asymptomatic swelling in the upper anterior area.
After clinical and radiographic examination, results were as following:
- Swelling was present above tooth number 21.
- Pain was provoked on lateral and vertical percussion.
- Probing was normal.
- X-ray showed a previously endo treated tooth (21)
- Radiolucencies were present apicaly and distal to the middle third of tooth 21 indicating the presence of one or more lateral canals.
The case was diagnosed as Chronic Apical Periodontitis due to an inappropriate Root Canal Treatment
Retreatment of the case was the solution, and thanks to our rigorous irrigation and ultasonic activation, we managed to catch many lateral canals, especially the ones next to the lateral radiolucency

Case report
A 38 year old patient was referred by Dr Habib Khoury to perform a retreatment on tooth number 48 to lower the risk of endodontic failure after achieving a prosthetic restoration since the risk of developing apical lesions at the previous treatment is very high due to incomplete cleaning, shaping and obturation in all of the canals, resulting in the presence of pulp remnants and necrotic tissue.
After careful clinical and radiographic examination, the tooth showed no sign of pain on percussion, probing was normal, and no apical radiolucency was detected on the X-Ray.
During retreatment all canals were negotiated successfully to their proper working length, cleaned, shaped and obturated.
Post space was created in the disal root.
The patient was referred again at Dr Habib Khoury to complete its restoration.

Case report
A 55 year old patient was referred to our dental office by Dr Habib Khoury after having symptoms of accute non localized pain.
Clinical and radiographic examination showed recurrent caries under a composite restoration on tooth number 43 with no signs of apical radiolucency, probing was normal.
The case was diagnosed as acute irreversible pulpitis.
We proceeded with the root canal treatment and found the presence of 2 canals that illustrate the true meaning of a root canal SYSTEM in a tooth and thanks also to our copious irrigation and the use of ultasonics.
Patient symptoms resolved after treatment completion.

Case report
A 25 year old female patient was reffered by Dr after noticing signs of spontaneous non localized pain exaggerated at night.
After careful examination of the periapical radiograph, we noticed the absence of apical radiolucency
Clinical examination also showed no signs of pain on percussion and probing was normal.
The case was diagnosed as accute irreversible pulpitis.
Patient symptoms resolved after completion of Root Canal Treatment.
The coronal restoration was perfected thanks to Dr @ Dr.Elie Nassar Dental Clinic

Case report
A 40 year old male patient was suffering from accute spontaneous pain exacerbated in the night, periapical radiographs showed no signs of periapical lesions, the tooth was asymptomatic to percussion, and periodontal probing was normal. he was referred by after perfecting an emergency treatment.
The case was diagnosed with an accute pulpitis and endodontic treatment was established in one session.
The patient was then reffered again to to complete the tooth restoration.
