🔺TOP VEGAN CRAB SALAD RECIPE FOR LUNCH 🥗

This delicious crab salad is hearty and cool, perfect for sandwiches or a side dish🍽

Each bite is loaded with meaty crab, lemon, fresh herbs, and a hint of spice for flavor you won't be able to resist✔️

🔺Ingredients
▫️1 crab packet, flaked
▫️1/3 cup Celery, finely diced
▫️2 tbsp Shallot, finely diced
▫️3/4 cup mustard
▫️1 tbsp Lemon Juice
▫️1 tsp soy sauce
▫️1/2 tsp Salt
▫️1/4 tsp Pepper
▫️1 tsp Dried Dill
▫️1 tsp Dried Parsley
▫️1/8 tsp black Pepper, optional

🔺Instructions

-Add the crab to a large bowl and use a fork to flake the pieces apart. Add the diced celery and diced shallot.
-In a small bowl, add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, seasonings, and herbs. Whisk to combine.
-Pour the dressing mixture over the crab ingredients and mix well.
Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to use.
-Sprinkle with fresh parsley or dill for garnish if desired.
-Serve as is, on a bun, with crackers, on lettuce, in a croissant, any way you like!

🔺DESSERT FOR CAFFEINE LOVERS : TIRAMISU🍮

A classic Italian no-bake dessert made with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and incredible mascarpone cream✔️

The custard-like cream is excellent and contains no raw egg🥚

🔺Ingredients
▫️1 1/2 cups espresso , (or strong coffee), room temperature
▫️6 Tbsp golden rum, divided
▫️40 ladyfingers
▫️6 egg yolks, (large)
▫️3/4 cup granulated sugar
▫️16 oz mascarpone, cold
▫️2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
▫️2-3 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder, to dust the top

🔺Instructions
▫️In a bowl, stir together 1 1/2 cups espresso and 3 Tbsp rum.
▫️Quickly dip half of the ladyfingers, one at a time and arrange in a single layer casserole dish.
▫️Dip once on each side so they are moist but do not soak ladyfingers or the cake will collapse.
▫️In a separate rimmed medium glass bowl, whisk together yolks and sugar.
▫️Place over steam (on a saucepan with simmering water) and whisk 10 minutes on low heat until the mixture is lighter in color, slightly thickened and not grainy when you rub between your fingers.
▫️Remove from heat and whisk for a few minutes off the heat to help it cool down then set aside to cool
▫️Use an electric hand mixer to beat in the warm yolk mixture until well incorporated.
▫️In a separate bowl, beat cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form .
▫️Use a spatula to gently fold half of the whipped cream into mascarpone cream then blend in remaining whipped cream, just until incorporated.
▫️Do not overfold or it will become grainy.
▫️Spread half of the cream over the first layer of ladyfingers.
▫️Dip and arrange remaining ladyfingers. Spread remaining cream.
▫️Refrigerate overnight.
▫️Dust with cocoa powder before serving.

So what is cellulite? It’s simply fat underneath the skin, which pushes against connective tissue, much like stuffing poking through a mattress framework💯

With a multifactorial cause, including a hormonal aspect, genetics, stress and even possible lymphatic and circulatory insufficiency, cellulite can be hard to budge‼️

Light and refreshing, this shaved cucumber lemon herb labneh toast is ideal fare for those days when it is just too hot to even think about cooking.

We eat it on the regular for breakfast or even as a light dinner because it is just that good

No dessert, no carbs and very restricted portions are the solution to lose weight ❓
Some diets are hard to stick to because they’re too restrictive. And the limited foods they allow can leave you lacking essential nutrients and feeling tired💯
This can make your body crave foods high in fat and sugar to give you a boost.

Crash diets, or fad diets, are a type of restrictive diet. They require the person following the diet to eat a lot less calories than the recommended daily calorie intake for adults❗️

They usually restrict whole food groups and that’s the problem ❌

🟢You might be surprised to know that having an occasional treat can make it easier to stick to a healthy balanced diet💁🏻‍♀️

🟢And eating a healthy dessert in between meals can reduce the temptation to eat foods high in fat and sugar.

🔺Healthy CHICKEN FAJITAS 🥘
Are Fajitas Healthy? Yes, these Chicken Fajitas are healthy✅
The fajita filling in this recipe is definitely healthy, lean chicken, fresh peppers and homemade seasonings with a dash of olive oil.
🔺Ingredients
▫️3 chicken breasts
▫️1 medium onion
▫️1 lime
▫️3 bell peppers red, yellow, green or orange
▫️3 tablespoons olive oil divided
▫️1 teaspoon chili powder
▫️½ teaspoon smoked paprika
▫️½ teaspoon onion powder
▫️½ teaspoon black pepper
▫️½ teaspoon cumin optional
▫️salt to taste

🔺Instructions
-Cut onion into slivers & slice peppers.
-In a separate bowl, combine 1 tablespoon olive oil, juice of ½ lime, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, pepper, cumin and salt.
-Cut chicken into strips and toss with the spice mixture.
-Preheat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high. Add ½ of the chicken and cook until just cooked, about 3-5 minutes.
-Remove from pan and set aside.
-Repeat with remaining chicken.
-Set chicken aside and add 1 tablespoon oil to the pan. -Drain onions well (if soaking per note below) and cook 2 minutes.
-Add in sliced peppers and cook an additional 2 minutes or just until hot.
-Add chicken back to the pan and stir to combine.
-Squeeze additional lime overtop and serve over tortillas.
