My friend Jef made a 50kg capacity sandbag for me. As a prototype. I love working with them and i want to share the work and experience in an affordable way. Sandbags are generally too expensive and i want to make them more accessible

There's a limit to how relaxed you can be of you're constantly pulling on your attention - controlling it.
Likewise the attention gets stuck in things as well. Can you be curious about the stuck? Can you gently offer some other morsel to unstick it?

Lovely feeling lifting more than my bodyweight onto my shoulder. I then kept it there and walked around for about 5 minutes - something cool about being able to move with my bodyweight in my shoulder. It might be like a sack of potatoes, but I'm carrying a grown man while walking

"What can i do [here]?"

Talking with .berg last weekend while he was visiting me, he pointed at that I was saying "parcour work" instead of just parcour. He said it's not work. It's been on my mind then - a type of curiosity and opportunism

What help would you need to lie down for 1h under a tree? Could you just do it? A run up - like 12 week marathon training program? "Going from 5 minutes to 60 minutes lying under a tree"

Lying into the ground for >5 minutes is usually relaxing. And the longer you can manage to do it the deeper the relaxation can become.
