Most of the time it's enough and it won't interfere with your day, it'll make your day even better. More ease and connection with the people and things that matter to you.

Was rushing around all day from doctor to therapist to errands and say 5 minutes before my flight boarded. Feels wonderful.

It still surprises me how intense working with the heavier sandbag is. It's about 90% of my bodyweight, and I'll still feel the echoes of it through my spine for an hour or two after even a few minutes. Great place to prescribe relaxing and letting go.

I love using my strength training for two reasons - it's stressful and a lot of doubts and anxiety can come up doing it and i get to work on not being bothered by it.
