We're Hiring: Human Resource Manager

Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for building strong teams and a positive workplace culture? We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our growing team and lead the HR function with integrity, strategy, and heart.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee the full HR spectrum: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Lead talent acquisition efforts and workforce planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies
- Foster a healthy, engaging, and inclusive work environment
- Provide support and guidance to management and employees on HR matters
- Manage payroll, benefits, and employee wellness programs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 in a managerial role
- Age between 35 and 45 years
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
