Pilates is one of the most effective practices to build and strengthen your core ✨

Some of our Pilates offerings incorporate specific movements and exercises that target the muscles of the abdomen, improving overall hip strength, stability, and functionality. Additionally, strong core muscles are crucial in enhancing posture, addressing alignment issues, and preventing injuries associated with the lower back, hips, and knees 💪🏽

Are you looking for a space to host a practice, workshop, photoshoot or event? ✨

Our studio is available to rent when we’re not running classes. We are located in a two-storey home with rental space on each floor, including three cosy and private rooms 🪴

- The use of props are included in all of our rentals.
- We have two parking spaces available, with street parking and public transportation stops located within a few minutes on foot.
- Suitable for community, yoga, pilates, dance and healing arts.

Our studio spaces can be rented by the hour. Rates vary depending on the room and duration of the rental.

Naad Yoga is a practice that uses sound, both internal and external to quieten the mind and deepen inner awareness. Involving mantras and chanting, it is believed to offer mental clarity, emotional balance and healing ✨
