Are you looking for a space to host a practice, workshop, photoshoot or event? ✨

Our studio is available to rent when we’re not running classes. We are located in a two-storey home with rental space on each floor, including three cosy and private rooms 🪴

- The use of props are included in all of our rentals.
- We have two parking spaces available, with street parking and public transportation stops located within a few minutes on foot.
- Suitable for community, yoga, pilates, dance and healing arts.

Our studio spaces can be rented by the hour. Rates vary depending on the room and duration of the rental.

Naad Yoga is a practice that uses sound, both internal and external to quieten the mind and deepen inner awareness. Involving mantras and chanting, it is believed to offer mental clarity, emotional balance and healing ✨

This offering is for those interested in;

Why choose a 1:1 practice? 🍃

A private practice offers a tailoured and supportive environment for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. It allows for personalised instruction, focus on specific goals, and a more comfortable and less intimidating experience compared to group classes.

This approach can be particularly beneficial for those with injuries, limitations, or specific needs, modifying poses so the practice is safe and effective.

We’ve reevaluated our pricing structure and so moving forward, have introduced rates that reflect the best interest of our teachers, time and energy, and personalised approach ✨

- Each 60 min session is priced at Rs 8,000.
- A bulk payment for four sessions is priced at Rs 28,000.
- DM or send us a text mentioning date and time you wish to book - at your EARLIEST opportunity.
- We require a FULL DEPOSIT to confirm the booking. Bank details will be provided once date n time has been slotted in.
- Our cancellation policy comes into effect TWO hours prior to class time. If you fail to notify or cancel within the time frame, a 50% penalty fee of the total will apply.
- Last minute decisions to schedule a practice will be taken into consideration depending on studio and teacher availability.

It’s been a challenging decision to make, but a year and a half into our journey, we feel it’s time for change 🍃

We’ve updated our pricing across our offerings and we hope you come to understand and accept the reasons why. While moving into our new home brought on better space, privacy, comfort and the opportunity to diversify our classes and time slots, we felt we undervalued ourselves as a whole.

And so the new pricing structure is a representation of a deeper value of our dedicated teachers, who have stuck by us from day one, their continued education and commitment, and overall quality of movement we offer.
