As a Yoga Śiromani, I bow to the eternal teachings that guide us beyond body and breath—to awareness, compassion, and liberation.

Let us not only do yoga but live it—through kindness in thought, clarity in speech, and serenity in action.

May this day inspire every soul to awaken their divine potential, and may the world vibrate with the mantra of peace:
