HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONALS’ OCCUPATION EXCELLENCE PROGRAM AT THE LADY RIDGEWAY HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN

We are proud to share another impactful milestone of the Healthcare Professionals’ Occupation Excellence Program, held at the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children 🏥💚 on 16th August 2025.

As part of the ongoing Wisdom Trails initiative, Hemas Pharmaceuticals, under the leadership of Managing Director Dr. Mahesha Ranasoma, together with Vision 8 Academy, successfully conducted another impactful program on 7th August 2025 at the Army Hospital, Narahenpita, honoring our nation’s dedicated medical heroes.

The session engaged medical nurses and healthcare staff, focusing on:

✨ NeuroZinc – Mindfulness in Alfa brain wave Activation

🚀 We are proud to launch a transformative initiative under the vision of our newly appointed Managing Director, Dr. Mahesha Ranasoma, in collaboration with Vision 8 Academy, the WISDOM TRAILS.

This Personal Development Training Program is carefully designed to enhance the overall wellbeing—both mental and physical—of healthcare professionals, while also fostering improved performance and productivity in their professional roles. Through a series of complimentary workshops, the program focuses on strengthening key personal and professional skills, promoting resilience, boosting job satisfaction, and encouraging a more positive and collaborative institutional culture.

Importantly, the program not only supports healthcare staff in their work environments but also enriches their personal lives—helping them find balance, motivation, and purpose.

The inaugural session was successfully held on 30th July at the National Eye Hospital Auditorium, with the esteemed presence of Dr. Jayaruwan Bandara (Director – National Eye Hospital), Dr. Mahesha Ranasoma (Managing Director – Hemas Pharmaceuticals), Mr. Amintha De Silva (Chairman – Vision 8 Academy), and Ms. Nadie Rajakaruna (Productivity Promotion Officer – Sri Lanka National Eye Hospital).
