💼 Strategic Finance Insights for Non-Finance Leaders✨

As part of our continued leadership capability development agenda, Hemas Pharmaceuticals HR organized a specialized learning session on “Strategic Finance Insights for Non-Finance Leaders.”🌱

💡The program was designed to strengthen the financial acumen of our non-finance Business Unit Leaders and Agency Heads, enabling them to make informed and data-driven decisions in budgeting, variance analysis, operational profitability, and overall business performance management. In today’s competitive healthcare environment, financial literacy among non-finance leaders is vital to driving sustainable growth and maintaining Hemas’ leadership in medical marketing and specialized therapeutic segments📈.

The session covered essential areas such as the interpretation of financial statements, ratio analysis, cost behavior and break-even analysis, costing principles and their impact on pricing and strategy, product and customer profitability, and variance analysis. These discussions enabled participants to deepen their understanding of how strategic and operational decisions translate into financial outcomes and value creation for Hemas and our end customers.

The session was conducted by Mr. Mahesh Amarasiri (MBA, FCMA, ACIM, B.Sc Engineering Moratuwa.), a distinguished C-level finance professional and Board Member of CIMA Sri Lanka, who brings over 22 years of multidisciplinary experience across leading conglomerates and multinational organizations. His deep expertise in strategic planning, business analysis, and organizational development provided participants with valuable perspectives and practical insights, enriching the overall learning experience. 🌟🙌

🌍 Wisdom Trails Celebrates United Nations International Day of Peace 2025 🌍

In honor of the United Nations International Day of Peace 2025, a special edition of Wisdom Trails was held at the Youth Center, Wathupitiwala, in collaboration with the Universal Peace Federation and Vision 8 Academy. ✨

With this year’s theme, “Act Now for a Peaceful World”, the program brought together youth to reflect on the values of peace, unity, and cultural understanding. Through interactive discussions reflective activities, and peace-focused segments, participants were encouraged to embrace personal responsibility in building a more harmonious world ✌️🤝🌏 🕊️
