High cholesterol does not generally cause any symptoms. Getting a blood test ( eg. lipid profile) is the only way to detect if you need attention.
If you have a Family History of cholesterol, please go for an early screening.

Falling/fainting is a symptom; not a cause for stroke. The degree of stroke doesn't change when you stop a patient from falling. It will only help the patient from hurting/Injury from the fall.
Please seek immediate medical attention when you see symptoms of a stroke. Stroke can be treated in the first few hours after symptoms begin.
