Research shows that excessive alcohol consumption can weaken the immune system. Both binge and long-term drinking have been linked to higher risks of respiratory infections, pneumonia, slower wound healing, and increased strain on the body over time.

What about red wine and its antioxidants? 🍷
Red wine contains resveratrol, a powerful polyphenol known to support heart and blood vessel health. However, even with its antioxidant benefits, moderation is key.

In 2020—right after life changed in 2019—everything shifted online. Events, milestones, and even our courage to show up had to find a new space in the virtual world. 💻💫
