CIRP Life Center CIRP Life Center is a multidisciplinary center for psychological well being, assessment and coaching. Our services are two-fold.

CIRP Life Center is a multidisciplinary center for psychological wellbeing, assessment and coaching initiated by the Colombo Institute of Research and Psychology (CIRP). The aim is to provide quality psychological services to promote mental health in the Sri Lanka. We provide comprehensive psychological assessments for children and adults and also provide specialized counselling and therapeutic assistance for a range of psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, work stress, relationship issues, anger management, grief and loss, trauma and marriage issues using cognitive and behavioral approaches, mindfulness-based interventions, person-centered therapies, individual or group counselling and family therapy. CIRP Life Center further caters to childhood psychological conditions such as autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) by providing one-on-one intervention implementation plans according to specific needs. The practice consists of a panel of local and international experts with professional experience in differing areas of speciality. The Life Center will also provide supervised training to those in the field as well as develop outreach programs and research initiatives so as to meet the aims of the center.
