In an increasingly unpredictable environment, effective disaster response is becoming a critical priority for organizations across Sri Lanka.

At our recent AHK Sri Lanka HR Sector Committee meeting, members came together to discuss๐—›๐—ฅ ๐——๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐— ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜, a topic that has gained urgency following recent events such as Cyclone Ditwah, but is equally relevant across a wide range of crisis scenarios.
