Pomegranate (Dadima) is rich in antioxidants, polyphenols, and natural phyto-nutrients that help reduce inflammation, support estrogen balance, and improve insulin sensitivity—all essential for hormonal well-being in women. It also supports the uterus, skin glow, digestion, and heart health.

🌿 How to take it
Whole fruit / fresh arils (best): Chew mindfully for better digestion and absorption.
Fresh juice: Yes, but without sugar or dilution. Prefer slow-extracted juice.

Tea: Not traditionally recommended—pomegranate works best in its natural form, not boiled.

⏰ How often
Once daily is enough.
Ideal time: Morning on an empty stomach or mid-morning.
