Kids Yoga classes, Kids Birthday Parties, suggestion for a Healthy Diet and support for children with Special Intentions Kids practicing Yoga find joy within themselves and act from that place of connection. In Radiant Child Yoga we always say to keep it fun and keep it yoga! Besides the immense physical benefits, Yoga encourages the child's creativity to flow & to release fears, anger, and sadness, helps to trust in the inner self to shine and allows the minds and hearts to be in synch.
