World Health Qigong Tournament & Exchange, Vancouver, Canada

Day 02

Sri Lanka Health Qigong Association achieved another great achievements by securing 2 Silver Medals and a Bronze medal.along with a Second Price with a group performance.

Mr. Weerasinghe, Executive secretary General of the Sri Lanka Health Qigong Association and the Executive Board Member of International Health Qigong Federation thanked the Canadian Health Qigong Association for organizing this great event and the Chinese Health Qigong Association and IHQF for hosting the 11th World Championships.

11th World Health Qigong Tournament & Exchange- Vancouver, Canada

Day 01

Srilanka Health Qigong Association won 2 Silver medals and 5 Bronze medals in the 11th World Health Qigong Championships held in Vancouver, Canada today.

338 participants from 21 countries took part the total event. There were 9 events under three age groups were set up in male and female categories.

Mahesh Pathirana secured two Gold Medals for Ba Duan Jin and Wu Qin Xi whilst Nethula Nanvidu, Rithini Eranma, Nadeeka Ekanayake & Viyana Pathirana secured Bronze for Ba Duan jin in respective age categories.

Mahesh Pathirana won a bronze for Dawu.

5th Session of the 3rd Executive Board meeting of IHQF is taking place in Vancouver, Canada, today.

11th World Health Qigong Championships along with the Health Qigong Training workshops and judging courses are planning during the course of the period from 21st July-27th July.

388 athletes from 21 countries are take parting the overall tournament and workshops.

Srilanka team lead Mr. Eranga Weerasinghe along with his team Mr. Mahesh Pathirana, Nadeeka Ekanayake, Nethula Nanvidu, Rithini Eranma & Viyana Mayumi is ready to take parting the competition.
