Painaway Therapy was originally established in Sri Lanka in 2010 and over 9 years grew to a thriving clinic with 8 therapists, with patients flying in from all corners of the globe (including Australia, Malaysia, Maldives, India, Singapore, France, England and the Middle East). Mubarak (Barak) holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage from Academique College in Queensland Australia. Barak upgraded his level of Dorn Therapy qualifications to Advanced Level Dorn Therapy in 2007. In 2009 he undertook additional training in Traditional Ayurveda treatment for musculoskeletal (Paramparica Ayurveda Waidda) issues. In 2012 he completed his doctorate in Alternative Medicines as recognised by the Indian Board of Alternative Medicines. Since his first visit to Australia in 2016, Barak dreamed of opening his Painaway Therapy Clinic in Australia.
