How to Listen to Your Inner Voice?
Episode 01
Have you ever felt a quiet nudge inside, a whisper that speaks in moments of stillness? This voice isn’t loud, it doesn’t compete with the world’s noise. Instead, it patiently waits for you to listen. Your inner voice is the deepest part of you, your soul’s guiding light. Yet, in the chaos
of life, it often gets drowned out by memories, emotions, and the burdens we carry. To truly
hear it, we must learn to release what no longer serves us and embrace the clarity that
awaits within.
This journey isn’t just about listening, it's about transformation, renewal, and finding peace in
a world that never stops moving. Are you ready to tune in?
1. Your Body: A Divine Vessel (Like a Phone)
Your Body as a Sacred Container
Your body is not just a physical form, it is a divine vessel cradling your memories, emotions,
and experiences, much like a smartphone that holds photos, messages, and music. Every
heartbeat, every tear, and every burst of laughter is recorded within you, shaping the
essence of who you are.
How We Collect Memories
We gather memories just like a phone collects data through different senses:
●Seeing – The sparkle of a loved one’s eyes, the colors of a sunset, the pages of an old book.
● Hearing – A familiar voice calling your name, a melody from childhood, the rhythm of
rain on your window.
● Feeling – The warmth of an embrace, the sting of heartbreak, the softness of a
morning breeze.
● Smelling – A mother’s perfume, the scent of rain-soaked earth, the aroma of
home-cooked meals.
● Tasting – The sweetness of a first kiss, the bitterness of loss, the comforting taste of
childhood treats.
The Weight of Too Many Memories (Like a Phone with Full Storage)
A phone filled with too many files slows down. Similarly, your soul slows down when
burdened by an overload of memories, especially painful ones. Carrying them all clutters
your heart, making it hard to hear the quiet voice of your inner self.
Making Space for Healing and Growth (Deleting Unnecessary Files)
Just as you delete old files to make room for new ones, your soul longs to release memories
that no longer serve you. Only by letting go can new energy flow in, bringing renewal, peace,
and clarity.
2. Your Soul: The Inner Operating System
What Is Your Soul?
Your soul is eternal, like the software running a phone always present, always guiding. It is
the quiet whisper behind your choices, the invisible thread connecting you to love, purpose,
and destiny.
Powered by Nature’s Energy (Like System Updates)
Your soul draws strength from five key elements:
● Earth – The grounding force that keeps you steady.
● Water – The fluid energy that washes away pain and nurtures growth.
● Fire – The spark of transformation, passion, and courage.
● Air – The clarity that refreshes your spirit and opens new possibilities.
● Sky– The divine connection that helps you remember your life purpose through the
soul's memories, where no one else can empower you.
Each element refuels your soul, ensuring your inner voice remains strong and clear.
3. Overloaded Memories: The Need to Let Go (Clearing Cache & Deleting
Files)
The Nature of Memories
Every thought, every feeling, is like a file in your inner storage. Some are treasures, some
are lessons, but holding onto everything, especially pain, creates clutter, making it hard to
find space for joy and peace.
The Overwhelm of Holding On (Like Too Many Background Apps Running)
Imagine trying to hear a beautiful song while dozens of apps run in the background. That’s
what happens when we refuse to let go. The noise drowns out the wisdom of our inner voice.
The Art of Letting Go
Letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. It means releasing what no longer serves you so your
soul can breathe, love, and embrace new beginnings.
4. The Akashic Storage: Your Soul’s Cloud Backup
What Is Akashic Storage?
Think of it as the universe’s cloud backup, storing only the memories, lessons, and
experiences that truly matter, keeping them safe beyond time and space.
How It Works (Like Automatic Backups)
● Natural Backup During Rest – Sleep and meditation allow your soul to archive the
valuable and clear the unnecessary.
● Easy Access When Needed – In moments of reflection or deep stillness, you can
retrieve wisdom from past experiences without carrying the burden of every memory.
5. Restoring Spiritual Balance: The Gift of Sleep and Breath (System Reset)
The Importance of Rest
Like restarting a phone for better performance, your soul needs rest to realign and refresh.
Sleep
Sleep is not just rest, it is a reset. It organizes your emotions, clears your mind, and allows
your soul to recharge.
Mindful Breathing and Meditation
Deep breathing and meditation release the weight of the past, restore clarity, and create
space for your inner voice to shine through.
6. The Energy of Food: Why Vegetarianism Matters (Consuming Clean Energy)
The Memory Within Food
Every living being carries memories. When an animal dies, its experiences, fears, and
suffering remain in its body. When we consume it, we absorb those energies. Just as painful
memories can weigh us down, consuming these energies can cloud our spirit.
Choosing Clarity and Compassion
A vegetarian diet allows your body to be free of unnecessary emotional burdens, ensuring
that your soul remains light, clear, and attuned to its divine purpose.
7. Embracing Your True Spiritual Self (Upgrading to a New Version of Yourself)
A Heartfelt Invitation
Will you continue carrying every memory, every pain, every moment, or will you choose to
clear space for growth, love, and light?
Honoring the Past, Welcoming the Future
Letting go isn’t erasing it's making room. By releasing what no longer serves you, you create
space for beauty, healing, and new experiences.
Trusting Your Inner Guidance
Your inner voice knows the way. When you listen, it will lead you toward love, peace, and
your truest self.
Listen Deeply
Silence the noise. Sit in stillness. In that quiet, you will hear a whisper, the gentle voice of
your inner divine.
You are not your past. You are not your pain. You are an ever-evolving, radiant soul,
capable of rebirth and renewal. Every experience, whether joyful or sorrowful, has
shaped the beautiful being you are today.
What about you?
You will continue living in the same body for sure while you read this. But here’s my
question:
1. Will you go on living in this same body, carrying the weight of your past, and reincarnating into different physical forms? Or
2. Will you embrace the renewal of your soul's inner calling by transforming into a new
version of yourself within this existing body?
I’m waiting for your answer. I'm your inner voice.
