Sometimes after work🧏‍♀️
I don’t feel like going to the meditation center.

For about five seconds,
the thought crosses my mind:
Should I go, or should I skip today?🙆

But every single time, once I finish my meditation, I have never regretted it.
Building a habit takes time, and I remind myself of that.

I may still be a beginner, but step by step,
I am growing.🙆‍♀️

Even small progress is still progress—and that gives me the strength to keep going. 🌱

Through meditation, I found my true self.🥰

By letting go of the me perceived by others,
by letting go of the idealized version of myself,
by letting go of the socially desirable me,
only my true essence remained.🙍‍♀️

Because I am just me, beyond concepts of good and bad, right and wrong,
because I am not swayed by others' words,
because I am not pretending to be someone I am not,
existing as myself is as comfortable as wearing fitting clothes.

What frightens the ego the most are the words, ‘I’m sorry’ and ‘thank you’ ❤️

People live thinking they have done no wrong but the person who is most at fault in the world is your ego with the copious number of false minds.🙋‍♀️

‘Wrongdoing’ from Truth’s point of view is to not become Truth.🧏‍♂️

When you say, ‘I’m sorry; I have wronged’
only Truth is enshrined within

Patience

✅️ Why I chose this habit.
Overthinking has always been one of the worst things for me, and I know I need to stop
doing that. I should be more patient, accept things, and live with gratitude and a calm mind.

I often struggle with anger, anxiety, and stress due to issues in my life, and I realize that my mind needs me to stay calm, kind, and live simply.

✅️ My Positive Affirmation:
✨ I am exactly where I need to be right now.
Even if things feel uncertain, I trust that everything is unfolding for my highest good.
