Over the years, yoga has become an integral part of her life and she loves to share this practice with anyone who is keen to explore for themselves the benefits that yoga has to offer. Shemali brings both her fun loving nature and her deep connection to natural healing to her yoga classes.

MEET YOUR THERAPIST!
Shemali is a British qualified Chinese Medicine practitioner with a BSc Honours in Chinese Medicine Acupuncture from the University of Westminster London. She is an overseas member of the British Acupuncture Council (https://www.facebook.com/BritishAcupunctureCouncil/) and has been treating clients at her space, The Shen Clinic for over 3 years.
At the Shen clinic, Shemali provides holistic treatments to address the various complaints that her clients present with, using Chinese medicine techniques- Acupuncture, Cupping, Moxibustion and Tui Na massage.

In addition to her qualifications and experience in Chinese Medicine, Shemali has also completed a Yoga teacher training course at the Nada Yoga School in Rishikesh, India; the birthplace of yoga.
She has a keen interest in the overlap and meeting of these ancient techniques for healing and wellbeing and integrates these into her treatments and the yoga classes that she teaches.

Her personal interests include writing, photography, painting, rescuing animals in need and free movement dancing.
