හොඳින් කියවා හැකි තරම් බෙදා හරින්න.

COVID-19 ව්‍යාප්ති මට්ටම් පහත දක්වා ඇත.

1) ආසාධිතයින් කිසිවෙකු රට තුළ නැත.

2) රෝගීන් කහිප දෙනෙකු රට තුළ වාර්තා වීම.

3)
3a. එකම ගෙදරක රෝගීන් කිහිප දෙනෙකු වාර්තා වීම.
3b. ගම්මානයක රෝගීන් කිහිප දෙනෙකු වාර්තා වීම.
(මෙම අවධි දෙකේදී වෛරසය ව්‍යාප්ත වීම සුළඟ මගින්ද සිදු වේ. ඔබ නිසි ලෙස ක්‍රියාත්මක නොවුනහොත් 4 වන මට්ටමට පත් වීමට ගත වනුයේ දින 14කි.)

4. ප්‍රජා සම්ප්‍රේෂණ අවධිය. ( මෙම අවධියේදී වෛරසය ව්‍යාප්ත වීම පාලනය කල නොහැක. ජනගහනයෙන් සියයට පනහකට ව්‍යාප්ත වීමට ගත වනුයේ දින කිහිපයක් පමණි. )

🔴හැකි පමණින් නිවාස තුළම සිටින්න. කිසිම අයුරකින් මිනිසුන් ගැවසෙන ස්ථාන වලට යාමෙන් වළකින්න.

🔴නිතරම දෑත් හොඳින් පිරිසිදු කරගන්න. නිතරම පිරිසිදුව සිටීමට උත්සාහ ගන්න.

🔴නිවසෙන් පිට වන සෑම අවස්ථාවකදීම ආරක්ෂාකාරී පියවර අනුගමනය කරන්න.

🔴වෛද්‍ය උපදෙස් පිළිපදින්න

🔴 *අප රට දැන් තිබෙන්නේ ඉතාමත් දරුණු මට්ටමක බව තරයේ සිහි තබා ගෙන කටයුතු කරන්න.*

හැකි අයෙකු වේ නම් මෙම පණිවුඩය අනෙකුත් භාෂා වලට පරිවර්තනය කර බෙදා හරින්න.

What does Ayurveda do?

Ayurveda includes all aspects of life – body, mind and consciousness. It recognizes each of us as an individual, we all react in different ways and have varied strengths and weaknesses. Ayurveda provides an abundance of information for each individual regarding the relation between cause and effect. It does not treat the symptoms of an illness, but its cause. Mainly though Ayurveda focusses on the preservation of health and the prevention of illness.

Panchakarma means „the five actions“. During Panchakarma treatments body and mind are cleaned in a fivefold way:

-inner and outer oil therapy to mobilise and release toxins in the body (Purvakarma)

-cleansing by vomiting (Vamana)

-cleansing by herbal laxatives (Virechana)

-cleansing by enemas in various parts of the body (Vasti)

-a healthy diet and lifestyle (Paschat Karma)



The treatments might be accompanied by herbal medicine if required. The Ayurveda practitioner decides on the treatments according to the individual constitution. Ayurveda is inseparably connected to yoga and meditation.
