Our family has come together to carry on Devinda's vision, dedicated to providing the same exceptional service and welcoming atmosphere you've always enjoyed.

While we are still coming to terms with our loss, we are trying to pick up things where Devinda left them (proving quite a challenge). We are looking forward to celebrating him as we uncover step by step how he built and ran this business in our family home.

Boossa Railway.....
The station was purpose built during the hey days of Ceylon, when the obscure village was the host in 1936 for the biggest horse racing tracks in the island.
Right behind the station was the horse stables where the racing breeds were rested and cared for, after they have been transported from Colombo and the mountains.
Most of the capital city and elsewhere socialites gathered twice yearly in Boossa, for the most sought after event of the entire southern province.
Villa de Zoysa, built three decades before, hosted many of those personalities, as suitable dwellings were unheard in the region at the time.
Sadly, in early 60's, poor political decisions to suspend horse racing reduced this once magnificent and financially flourishing area to an abandoned state land. Today it is a tax payers burden.
