Massive splenectomy done with a subcostal incision. Uneventful recovery.

Tomor of the sciatic nerve was excised preserving the nerve fibers. Post operatively no weakness. Discharged the following day.

Large carotid body , extending between and around carotid vessels, vagus nerve , hypoglossal nerve stretched over the tumor. Tumor extending to base of the skull. Was resected completely preserving all the nerves. Had an uneventful recovery. had no nerological effects post operatively.
