Who are Elders
Elders are the people who are at a age near to end of their human life. According to Ayurveda "wrudda " are Old age people. Generally who are at starting of sixties. Aging happens according to the natural phenomena. it is a one stage of a life of a human being. aging made lot of changes in your body and mind .

impairment of sensory organs ( Hearing, Speaking, Smell, Taste)
loss of memory
low energy
limited moments of joints
low immunity

Loneliness
According to Ayurveda in old age the most prominent dosha is Vata Dosha. . Due to prominent of Vata Dosha Sleep , and Appetite also become irregular. Constipation is a major problem among almost all old people. As the Ojas( Immunity power ) is also less, higher tendency to get affected with diseases. The mind energy levels get change so that they may forget things recently , because of low memory power. As these changes appear nevertheless we could control them with adding some concepts of Ayurveda for their lives.
