Yoga unites 🧘🏻‍♀️🐒🐿️🧘 It’s so great that our morning yoga classes have people from many different countries. Some mornings from Estonia, Germany, England, Finland, Kazakhstan and elsewhere. Every morning is different and different people come together who stay in our villa. One morning we took a break to watch the monkeys. We are also visited by squirrels and birds. Magical yoga class.

Did you know that the word ‘Yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit root ‘Yuj’, meaning ‘to join’ or ‘to unite’? As per Yogic scriptures, the practice of Yoga leads to the union of individual consciousness with that of the universal consciousness, indicating a perfect harmony between the mind and body, human & nature.
