Respect the advice of health experts that you should not go to bed for at least two hours after dinner. Moving away from TV screens, computer screens, and smartphone screens an hour before bedtime can lead to uninterrupted sleep. Use that time to read. Get a membership in a local library. Or if you are a salaried person, set aside money for a book or two a month.(If you read 50 pages a day for 300 days and read 15,000 pages at the end of the year) That's usually about 50 books.
