ඉන්ෆලුඑන්සා යනු කැස්ස සහ කිවිසුම් මගින් පැතිරෙන වෛරස් ආසාදනයක් වේ.

Common Symptoms / රෝග ලක්ෂණ:

Fever / උණ 🤒

Tiredness / මහන්සි ගතිය 😴

Runny nose / සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව 🤧

Headache & body pain / හිසරදය හා ශරීර වේදනා 🤕

Cough / කැස්ස 😮‍💨

Prevention / රෝගයෙන් ආරක්ෂාවීමට :

Wash hands often

Cover your mouth when coughing

Stay home if unwell

Flu Vaccine (විශේෂයෙන් ඔබ අවුරුදු 65ට වැඩිනම් සහ සවසන රෝගවලින් පෙලෙන්නේ නම්)

If you have a fever, a runny nose, and a cough for more than 24 hours, visit your family doctor.
උණ සෙම්ප්‍රතිශ්‍යාව කැස්ස පැය 24කට වඩා තිබේනම් වහාම ඔබගේ පවුලේ වෛද්‍යවරයා හමුවන්න.
