You could do Yoga practice throughout the day, not just during the session. Mindfulness (awareness of mind at the present moment is very important) and focus on the present posture (Focus on the present Pose called Iriyapatha Bawanawa) or focus on your breath (Ana Pana Sathi Bhawana - Meditation). There are different body postures (iriyāpatha) for meditation. Meditation can be done in one of the four postures: Sitting (nisinna), Standing (ṭhita), Walking (gacchanta), and Lying (sayāna).
