Vattersgarden bietet medizinische Ayurveda Kuren in Sri Lanka und demnächst auch in Deutschland. Unser Ayurveda Resort Kottegoda liegt direkt am abgelegenen Strand ganz im Süden der Insel und hat 13 Doppelzimmer, 3 Ayurveda Ärzte und 53 Mitarbeiter.
Vattersgarden hat eine Zulassung als privates Ayurveda-Krankenhaus und wird vom staatlichen Department of Ayurveda, Colombo kontrolliert.
