"Within the Kundalini system, the head is not a single center of awareness—it is a highly advanced control hub composed of multiple energetic gateways. Each of these points corresponds to key junctions where Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna either converge, diverge, or release energy. When the system is flowing correctly, these points operate seamlessly, allowing the Kundalini current to rise, unify, and circulate as a complete circuit. But when blockages occur—whether from stress, fear, or energetic overload—pressure builds in the head, and the system begins to destabilize. These meditation points exist as precise tools to restore that flow.
At the center of this system lies the most critical point: the Mind’s Eye. Located slightly within the head, just behind the space between the eyebrows, it is here that Ida and Pingala must converge. Without this convergence, the Kundalini circuit remains incomplete, leaving the individual mentally scattered, emotionally unstable, and disconnected from higher perception. By placing focused awareness on this point—even for a few minutes—you trigger a magnetic pull that draws both currents into alignment. This single act can restore clarity, balance, and momentum, reactivating the entire system from the top down.
Supporting this process are additional gateways that regulate the movement of energy through the head. The Seventh Eye, located just above the forehead outside the body, acts as a forward exit point for Kundalini, working in tandem with the Bindu at the top back of the head—the primary release valve of the system. When these points are open, energy flows outward and completes its circuit. When blocked, energy becomes trapped, leading to mental fog, lack of inspiration, or emotional heaviness..."
