33 years Healthy educated patient came to comfort dental , PFM Bridge UPPER./ R #3 to UPPER, L #4 with chip off 2 teeth,occlusion is good , oral hygiene is acceptable and personal care is excellent. His complaint is unable to smile reluctant to go to meet his clients.

32 years Healthy female came to comfort dental after fell down on tile flow. Both central Incisors vital and pulp open due to fracture but not contaminated.She had a Tetanus booster vaccine few weeks ago.
Root canal(single visit) treatment completed with using protaper file and endo motor.
Post /Build up with composit.
Patient happily left comfort dental .
Patient was advised to get a crown for both to prevent from fracture.
