25yo Male with custom MARPR

After a partially failed MSE2 (suture opened radiographically but zero expansion), we switched to a custom MARPE (Micro-implant Assisted Rapid Palatal Expander) designed specifically to maximize bone engagement.

2weeks after placement, the Diastema is a beautiful site! We still have a long ways to go with the expansion, but we're definitely on the right track. 👍
