Banana Lemon Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 ripe banana
1/2 lemon (juiced)
1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)
1/2 cup water or almond milk
Ice cubes (optional)
Lemon zest (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Add banana, lemon juice, ginger, yogurt, and liquid of choice to a blender.

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce, divided πŸ…
1 small onion, chopped πŸ§…
½ cup uncooked long grain rice 🍚
1 tbsp dried parsley flakes 🌿
Β½ tsp salt πŸ§‚
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 🌢️
1 can (14Β½ oz) diced tomatoes, undrained πŸ…

Directions:
πŸ₯¬ Prep cabbage: Boil cabbage just until outer leaves peel off easily. Set aside 12 large leaves.
