මෙහිදී උදෑසන ආහාරය සහ දහවල් තේ පැන් ද, අනුග්රහක භවතුන් විසින් ලබා දෙන ලදී.

Sukhasana or Easy Pose can be calming and relaxing—if you can sit in it comfortably. It improves postural awareness, creates a foundation for meditation practices, and can help manage stress.

When done in a relaxed manner, this pose activates the relaxation response (parasympathetic nervous system) and deactivates the stress response (sympathetic nervous system).

Sukhasana may also help lower or regulate blood pressure.

Hanumanasana (Monkey Pose) , or the yoga splits is a challenging seated pose that requires the work of the hips and hamstrings while balancing the upper body on the pelvis.
