Why Should We Define Goals for Life?

"Every good thing you experience in life has a recipe."

So why not you create a recipe for your life. Here are some reasons you need goals for life.

1. It creates a destiny in your mind of where you want to be at a specific time in life
2. Motivates you every moment to reach your goal
3. Helps you prioritise actions to be taken to reach your goal
4. Challenge you to overcome obstacles and self-confidence improves
5. You will be happy and feel you’ve achieved what you wanted

Life Goal - Winning is the difference between the one who quits, and the one who continues.

"The only person you are destined to become is the person you decided to be" - Ralph Waldo Emerson

This is a quote which is true at all times. Most of us start giving up at our first of second failure. But if you've made your mind to do it, and if you believe in yourself, keep doing it.

a. Men already went to moon, and now thinking of Mars.
b. The age of desktop is gone and we are thinking of artificial intelligence
c. Commerce changed to E-commerce
d. Classroom learning is changing to e-Learning
e. Papers are replaced by computers or even smart phones
All above was because of people believing in them.

You don’t need to be a leader in a leading profession. But a leader in your skill and ideas.

Life Goal - Light Your Purpose of Life for 2018

"First like what you do. Others will start to like it over the time if it matter to them."

All of us do have a purpose in life. Some find it soon and some take time. It is the most selfish thing to ask yet, the most important activity all of us should do.

The most important thing you should consider in your purpose is;
"Not to be liked by others, But to really like what you do"

If you like what you do,
1. You will be passionate about it
2. It will be your habit
3. You will not feel tired while working on it
4. You always will find a way to resolve obstacles
5. Overcome fear of failure
6. While doing it again and again through mistakes you will learn it more and the quality will be outstanding

Life Goal - Find Your True Passion. It’s a call from inside you. Start working from 2018

True passion will make all of us happy and specially will keep us going during difficult times.

Ask the following questions to find your true passion.
1. Out of all what "Interest" you the most ?
2. Is that "Interest" something you like or Love ? (Do what you Love)
3. Does that "Interest" prompts you to Learn more ?
4. Do you have a natural Talent in the "Interest" area ? (Talent helps, but does not stop you from doing it)
5. What are your natural Skills and Strengths related to your "Interest" ? (Work on your strengths and skills. Don’t spend much time on your weakness)
6. Will you feel Great working towards your "Interest" ? (It’s only you should feel great and proud)
7. Finally, Does your "Interest" gets you Exited throughout all the times?

If you have the answer for these questions, you will realise your true passion.

Life Goal - Maintain your BMI and be healthy
Swap your Food, not your Diet

Most of the time we are mistaken to starve, or eat less, or too many short meals. Everything will depend of your lifestyle and how far you can hold you like towards tasty food.
We recommend a better way. SWAP YOUR FOOD.

1. Eat fresh, not processed food eg. Sausages
2. Eat only during your regular meals i.e. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, not in between
3. Eat just the amount you need, not you like
4. Eat more vegetables with salads with less carbs (rice, bread), not cooked oil even though its tasty
5. Eat home food, not outside as its always tasty but unhealthy

Do these simple things everyday over a period of time.
1. It will take 4 weeks for you to realize your body is reacting to your diet
2. It will takes 8 weeks for your closest relatives to realize your change
3. It will take 3 months for others to realize you look fresh in your complexion

Education Goals - You are unique. So as your learning style

1. Set a Goal to get Organised – It is important you know what you are educating yourself. This will always help you reconnect with your mission when you have desperate times.
2. Divide your Goal into Achievable activities - For some learning is fun, but for most learning is’nt fun as it’s a lengthy activity. Dividing your activities and achieving will make your learning experience more rewarding than you think
3. Make a schedule – Most of us are productive for 40 minutes at a stretch. It is important you first learn to maintain and stick to your agenda. Most successful people learned to maintain their schedule at a very early age.
4. Learn your contents with love – If you decide to study something, do it with love. Don’t study it “just for the sake of trying it”. It will not motivate you.
5. You are unique. So should be your notes – Taking notes will keep you engaged in what you learn and well as help you prepare properly for the exams. Don’t rely on other’s notes. Take your own notes always and increase your engagement. Don’t cram.
6. Ask questions – asking questions will certainly improve your creating thinking. It will not just challenge you to accept what you learn, but gives an opportunity to the person who teach you to push further and learn more. Never be shy to ask questions.
7. Your Study Space with no distractions – Your study space should be a place which makes you comfortable to study. Some study with music and some cant. Some need to sit and study which others like to stay on a couch. Some like to study under a tree. Make sure to avoid distractions around your study space while study.
8. Don’t Multitask – Our brain is note used to multitask and absorb 100% of all the activities we do at the same time. If you need to absorb 100% of what you need to study, focus 100% of what you do at a time.
9. Your friends – Your friends should be a mixture as the society is a mixture of people. But when you study its best you have a study group to discuss areas which were confusing, so you can discuss and clarify subject areas. Use the best of your time discussing your content, not gossip.
10. Rest for your brain – Most brilliant people give ample amount of rest for their brain. It is important you rest for at least 7-8 hours per day. This will give your brain cells to relax and improve your capacity to work. Too much sleep will not allow you to achieve your educational goals in this competitive world.

HEALTH GOALS - SWAP your habits and Look After Your Self

"Health is Wealth" is a popular quote, yet depending on our age and commitment at the time. Until we reach a medical emergency we until our mid age we don't respond to our health.

SWAP your habits.

1. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables, NOT junk food
2. Get down one bus stop before your usual bus stop and Walk more
3. Spend more time with good friends and family, NOT at the pub/bar
4. Meet your doctor once in a while, NOT till an emergency
5. Spend more time physically active, not in front of TV or computer
6. Drink more water and hydrate your self, NOT the regular alcohol glass per day thinking you will reduce your stress. It won't
7. Eat your regular meals, NOT intermediate meals
8. Maintain a healthy weight. You can reduce 90% of your weight with food, and 10% with a daily workout
9. Listen to good music or do something which interest you and Relax your mind
10. Make the above a regular hobbit
11. If you deviate from above make a commitment to be on track again

In 2 weeks your body will start to respond
In 6 weeks you will start to see a difference
In 12 weeks people around you will start to realise your change
