"Headache" is a common complain. Chronic headache, affecting daily life is not a uncommon complain in opd patients.
We offer a headache diary.
Advantages - 1. it will give a clear assessment of the problem.
2. It improves the patient compliance
3. It increase the patient satisfaction
4. It help to assess the response to treatment
More attention is needed to facilitate treating migrain, tension type headache like conditions at primary care setting.
