Don’t beat yourself up if your fat loss is not exactly linear and downward on the graph 📉 you will face road bumps but what’s important is to push through those platues and endure 💪 I’m so proud and impressed by her persistence and patience.
The weighing scale doesn’t show only fat. If you sleep less , retain water , am on different days of your menstrual cycle the scale can show a difference weight than your real weight. So do not get discouraged or disheartened, take your progress photos weekly , hire a coach for accountability and endure !!
