1. The oils go deeper inside the joints through layers of skin and tends to increase the amount of synovial fluid (a sticky lubrication fluid responsible for joint flexibility).
2. It brings back the functionality of weak/damaged nerves and strengthens the muscles and ligaments.
3. It increases the blood circulation speeding the recovery of the damaged joints and inflammatory tissues around the joint.
4. It gives strength to the joints which got weak due to aging and deficiency of calcium.
5. It stimulates the synovial membranes for better synovial fluid production providing natural lubrication between the joints.
Knee/Leg Pain
There can be many causes for leg, knee or lower body musculoskeletal structure pains. In general, carrying body weight all the time makes this part more prone to accidental or postural injuries. The injuries in this area tend to remain unhealed and lingering due to persistent and unavoidable use of the lower body musculature. Besides this, there are certain conditions leading to constant or recurring pains in the area. Largely, the reasons responsible for pain in lower limbs are,
Age-related weakening of structure.
Muscle loss.
Arthritis.
Peripheral vascular disease.
Sciatica.
Torn muscles.
Peripheral neuropathy or diabetic neuropathy.
Varicose veins.
Back Pain
basically, back pain is a result of lifestyle evolution, if not a result of some acute injury, where excessive use of vehicles, work situations requiring prolonged sitting, etc., lead to either deformity or stress on spinal column and muscles surrounding it. These repetitive stressors, which are not intended to build endurance, end up giving constant pain, in either upper, mid or lower back. Pain in back can broadly be classified in two categories, pain emanating from spinal column and pain emanating from muscular structures supporting spinal column. Cervical, thoracic, lumbar and sacral pains could be extremely annoying and severely debilitating if not attended to timely. Reasons are mostly,
Postural deformities.
Herniated/Bulging/Degenerated/Thinning vertebral discs.
Strain/Stress in surrounding muscles.
Sciatica.
Spinal stenosis and nerve compression.
Weak muscles giving inadequate support to spinal column.
Shoulder Pain
Shoulder joint is a unique arrangement defined as ball-and-socket, which moves over a large range. Mobility of such vast proportion makes it susceptible to injuries. The pathologic common reasons for persistent shoulder pain could be bursitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, arthritis, or at times dislocation of joint from its socket. Reasons can be classically classified as under,
Tendinitis or bursitis.
Overexerting the joint during activities.
Weak joint.
Acute or chronic dislocation due to muscle weakness or deformed joint.
Frozen shoulder.
Any bony deformity.
Radiculopathy.
Neck Pain
Neck pain can be termed as the most common pain affecting individuals at some or the other point in time. It could be acute or chronic, exacerbated by activity or due to injury. The nagging and at times debilitating pain in the upper part of spinal column, or cervical region, can be due to various reasons. It could be as simple as keeping head at an uncomfortable position for long, whiplash, or severe pathologic reasons such as cervical spondylosis, muscular deformity, etc.
The most common reasons are as under,
Muscular dystrophy, sprain, strain.
Traumatic injury.
Postural deformities.
Muscular/bony degenerative issues.
Unnatural growth in form of tumors or cysts.
Bony abnormalities.
Cervical spondylitis.
