අද ලියන්නම් ඔය ගැන..

⚫ History & Examination

මුලින්ම ඕක පටන් ගන්නේ ඩොක්ටර් කෙනෙක් විසින් ගන්න රෝග ඉතිහාසය සහ රෝග පරික්ෂාව මගින්.සරලව කියනවා නම් ඔයාලගෙන් අපි ලෙඩ ගැන තියන අමාරු ගැන අහන ප්‍රශ්න වලින් සහ සිරුර පරික්ෂා කරලා බලන එකෙන්.එතනින් තමයි මූලික අවබෝධයක් ගන්නේ මේ අමාරු එන්න හේතුව කැන්සර් එකක්ද මොකද්ද කොහෙද තියෙන්නේ කියන එක ගැන.
ඉස්සර අපිට මෙඩිකල් ෆැකල්ටි එකේදි කියාදෙන්නේ ඔයාලට එක පාරම රෝගියෙක්ගේ ලෙඩේ හදුනාගන්න බැරි වුනාට කමක් නෑ.හැබැයි කැන්සර් එකක් වගේ දෙයක් නම් මිස් කරගන්න එපා කියලා.
ඒ තරමට රෝග ඉතිහාසය සහ රෝග පරික්ෂාව වැදගත් වෙනවා.මෙතනදි ඒ ඩොක්ටර්ට අවබෝධ වුනොත් කාටහරි කෙනෙක්ට කැන්සර් එකක් ඇති කියලා ඊලගට අපි ඉක්මනින්ම ඒක ටාගට් කරලා පරීක්ෂණ කරන්න පටන් ගන්නවා.
හැබැයි ඉතින් එහෙම කියලා සාමාන්‍යයෙන් එකපාරම කැන්සර් එකක් ඇති කියලා සැක කරන්න අමාරුයි.මොකද බොහෝ රෝග ලක්ෂණ කැන්සර් එකක් නොවන රෝග වලටත් එන නිසා.

⚫ Imaging

මේ කරන පරීක්ෂණ වලින් වඩා වැදගත්වෙන්නේ අපි කරන රූපමය පරීක්ෂණ.ඔය කියන්නේ imaging.තවත් තේරෙන්න කියනවා නම් Xray ස්කෑන් වගේ පරීක්ෂණ.
▶Xray - පෙනහලු පිළිකා / අස්ථි පිළිකා
▶ස්කෑන් - පියයුරු පිළිකා / උදරය ආශ්‍රිත පිළිකා
▶CT ස්කෑන් - මේකට නම් ගොඩක් පිළිකා වර්ග හදුනාගන්න පුලුවන්
▶MRI ස්කෑන් - CT ස්කෑන් එකටත් වඩා නිරවද්‍ය තොරතුරු මේකෙන් බලාගන්න පුලුවන්
▶PET ස්කෑන්
▶ Mammogram - මේකෙන් කරන්නේ පියයුරු පරීක්ෂ කරන එක
▶එන්ඩොස්කොපි පරික්ෂාව - මේකෙන් කරන්නේ අපේ ආහාර මාර්ගය ආශ්‍රිත පිළිකා හෝ වෙනත් රෝග තත්ව හොයා බලන එක.කැමරාවක් ආධාරයෙන් අපේ ආහාර මාර්ගය ඇතුලේ ඔක්කොම බලන්න පුලුවන් මේ පරීක්ෂණයෙන්

⚫ Biopsy / බයොප්සි සහ Cytology / සයිටොලොජි

මෙතනදි කරන්නේ අපි පිළිකාවක් කියලා සැක කරන තැනින් පටක කැබැල්ලක් ලබාගෙන එය අන්වීක්ෂ පරික්ෂාවකට ලක් කරන එක.ඒකෙන් පුලුවන් වෙනවා හරියටම කැන්සර් එකක්ද නැද්ද කියලා කියන්න.මේක තමයි හොදම පරික්ෂණය පිළිකාවක් හරියටම හදුනාගන්න.
මෙහෙම බයොප්සි ගන්න ක්‍රම ගොඩක් තියෙනවා.එකින් එක පැහැදිලි කරන්න ගියොත් මේ පෝස්ට් එක දිග වැඩිවෙනවා සහ සංකීර්ණ වෙනවා.ඒ නිසා ඒක නොකර ඉන්නම්.

⚫ රුධිර පරීක්ෂණ

රුධිරය ආශ්‍රිත කැන්සර් එකක් හැරෙන්න වෙනත් කැන්සර් එකක් හදුනාගන්න රුධිර පරීක්ෂණ වැදගත් වෙන්නේ ඉතාම අඩුවෙන්.
ප්‍රතිකාරත් එක්ක කැන්සර් වල ඉදිරිය කොහොමද කියන එක සහ පිළිකා එක්ක එන සංකූලතා වල තත්වය තමයි ගොඩක්ම රුධිර පරීක්ෂණ වලින් බලන්නේ.
ඔන්න ඔය විදියට තමයි මේ පරීක්ෂණ වැඩේ යන්නේ..
මෙහෙම පරීක්ෂණ කරලා හරියටම පිලිකාවක් කියලා දැනගත්තට පස්සේ පිළිකාව මොන අදියරේද තියෙන්නේ සහ ඇග පුරා මොන තත්වයෙන් පැතිරිලා තියෙනවද කියලත් බලනවා.
ඒ අනුව තමයි අවසානයට මොකද්ද කරන්න ඕන ප්‍රතිකාරය කියලා තීරණය වෙන්නේ.
